Jordi Albertus
Jordi arrives from Spain to Dominican Republic in 2006 and in 2007, decides to give a different direction to his life, undertaking in the area of Real Estate.
From 2007 to 2014 he worked as an independent broker and in several companies, where he specialized in Relocation and Residential in the Santo Domingo area.
In 2014, he founded IAG Inmobiliaria, a specialized company in the residential area in Santo Domingo.
Entering The Tourist Area
In 2017 he decided to start in the tourist area of Real Estate and founded Deluxe Realty DR, this area specializes in the tourist areas of Punta Cana and La Romana (Casa de Campo). brand that was absorbed by IAG Inmobiliaria in November 2022.
His vision leads him to promote properties through Virtual Tours with Matterport, with the aim of bringing the client from anywhere in the world to the property of his dreams with just one click.
He also has a lot of clout with videos, which gives him high credibility for the product he offers.

He has been a member of the AEI board since 2015 with the following positions:
- Year 2015-2016 Vocal.
- Year 2016-2018 Secretary.
- Year 2018-2020 2nd Vice-President.
- In the Dominican Republic, he trains as a real estate agent through seminars held by the National Association of Realtors and Companies in Dominican Republic (AEI)
- In 2016 he holds the 1st Diploma offered by the AEI.

In the year 2018 he obtains the CIPS Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS of NAR)
